At ZorexShop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 30 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@zorexshop.com within that period, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.

After notifying us, you have another 30 days to send the product back.

Returning Your Order

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary reduces the product's value.

Refunds

When you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge, where applicable.

We will issue the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until one of those conditions is met.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@zorexshop.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Where goods are faulty or not as described, you will not be required to bear the reasonable cost of returning them.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws.
